M&D Compassionate Care is a non-medical home care agency that assists people with disabilities, including substance use disorder, mental illness and seniors find and keep housing.Working together we strive to meet the clients needs, by developing a housing focused centered plan to accommodate each individual person's needs. We also assist in helping individuals find, move and sustain housing in the community.
